The ski-in/ski-out access is a real kick, but make sure you're a confident skier. Otherwise, you'll be regretting your choice. The bar area has a nice outdoor terrace, perfect for a post-ski beer, and while the complimentary snacks before dinner were a nice touch, I just wish there were more of them.
Rooms were uncomfortably hot. Had to sleep with the balcony doors open just to cool off, which also means waking up to the sound of piste bashers. The breakfast? Incredibly inconsistent-eggs undercooked or burnt, and the coffee was borderline revolting. Trying to navigate back to the hotel after skiing can be treacherous for less experienced skiers, especially when the paths get icy. The shuttle runs to the town but you'll want to time your return carefully, as the service isn't always on the dot. And don't even get me started on the parking situation. It was a mess, and you can't just walk back and forth easily after a long day on the slopes. Might want to think twice if you're looking for privacy. The bathroom setup leaves a lot to be desired for those needing a bit more solitude. Plus, renting ski gear from the hotel is a bit pricier than elsewhere, so better to shop around before you hit the slopes.

Had a fantastic time here! The room was super cozy with modern furniture and a nice balcony to relax on. The spa was stunning with a heated pool and outdoor views. The only downside was that the bathroom setup wasn't the most private, but it didn't really affect our fun at all. 😊

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a spa & wellness centre, and a fitness centre. I remember how the staff helped return my forgotten earpods during my first stay. Highly recommend the spa visit! I'm coming back for a city break.

Oh, let me tell you! The breakfast spread was quite the feast, boasting deliciously toasted bread and a smorgasbord that had something for every palate—definitely got my ski day off to a fab start! Plus, the hotel's ski-in/ski-out access made it a breeze to glide into a full day on the slopes. And can we talk about that lovely cozy bar area? Perfect for unwinding with a post-ski drink while soaking in those majestic views!
Now, let’s dish. While the shuttle service was a lifesaver, it felt like a game of Tetris at times trying to snag a seat, since we were so far from the center—it was practically a military operation! And that pool? Yeah, they should've been clearer about the fees. 40 euros for a quick dip is a bit steep, even if the swim was lovely.

The ski in and ski out access was fantastic, making it easy to hit the slopes right from the locker room. Breakfast options were excellent, with custom orders including grilled salmon. the shuttle service could be extended into the evening, as returning from dinner later than 10 PM was challenging. The common areas felt a bit cramped at times, especially during busy periods.

Ski-in/ski-out access right from the room makes hitting the slopes a breeze. Shower setup lacks privacy, which might bother some guests.

Recommend it for families seeking luxury
The ski in/ski out access was perfect for my family we skied right from the hotel to the slopes no hassle at all. The breakfast spread was incredible lots of choices and I appreciated the gluten-free options for my daughter.
It wasn't inexpensive but with the service provided it felt fair.
